According to www.stlouis.mo.gov there is a sustainability plan in action since 2013 and should be completed by 2018
It has been put in place to reserve the city's resources
However this plan is nothing but a compilation of broad ideas
We are now in 2015 there has been very little conservation but then again it has only been two years
www2.epa.gov discusses and acknowledges that there is a sustainability issue in St.Louis.
EPA also discusses the abandoned house problem and links sustainability to be the problem
However like the city plan only offer broad solutions
